Our Story

Welcome! The Lodge at Storybrooke is the culmination of a 10-year-long prayer that began just after we married in 2005. It has always been our dream to have a place that could be a haven for pastors, married couples, writers, business people, missionaries, artists, musicians, and anyone else who needed a place to be still and rest in God’s presence in the middle of His creation. We first stumbled upon Storybrooke in the fall of 2013, and it immediately captured our hearts as we knew it was the property for which we had been praying. We kept in touch with the previous owners over the next couple of years, and in 2015 - and we truly mean this - God orchestrated things so that the prayer became a reality. We are overwhelmed that Storybrooke is a part of our family’s story, and it is our true honor, privilege, and dream to share it with you!
